HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHUNMUN URF RICHA

Today is the birthday of my most precious childhood friend RICHA . for those who don't know Richa and I have known each other since ages. LET ME GIVE YOU A LITTLE BACKGROUND TO OUR STORY..

We both know each other since childhood...because we studied in the same school. both our elder sisters were in the same class and also in the same school. we all shared the the same van to school and we shared the same coaching institute in high school. We both were part of hundreds of dances in school. when Richa learnt scooty she used to give me lift most of the times to school. We both participated for the school cabinet and won our respective post too!! we both were a part of the good girl's gang! studied too and tried to be fun too!! (But we were indeed boring people back then!)

We got different colleges but still made a point to visit each other seldom. Our friend circles grew...she had different friends ..i also had different friends ...but never did that affect us in any way. whenever we met it was the same old school buddies talking for hours. 

She went for her job in altogether different state, and I continued with my higher studies. We didn't speak for almost a year.

and suddenly the pandemic hits in and she comes back our place to work from home.

we started meeting as we both lived nearby and found out that still nothing has changed all these years. She was still the same school wali RICHA, and we joined the same gym too!!! we met almost every day and had a lot of fun together... pandemic gave us a a chance to relive all the school memories again. we binge watched movies at her place, went for new haircuts, danced in a room for hours just like school practicing different difficult steps. AND NOW SHE IS GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!!GOING TO SOME FOREIGN COUNTRY!!! KIND OF HURTS!!

BUT...

I am writing this blog so that after many years when her children read this blog, they would be reminded of their mother's favorite friend...who still hasn't changed enough to cherish all these beautiful memories,.

• we used to sit at the same place every day in van together.chitchatiing hours...
• I learnt to make a cake for the first time in my life for RICHA.
• in spite of being half my height and weight she literally carried me on her scooty..
• I met her college friends too who were way too flirty in the first meeting and read my palm and told my future too!!! remember Divyanshu!!
• we joined gym together.... retaliated to sexist comments together and also encouraged each other too do some difficult abb exercises.
• OUR VERY FAMOUS CHAI KI TAPRI!!! I think the owner still waits for us to give us our special chai and french fries.
• whenever she feels my mood is off, she will come to pick me up from my library.. .. gud khake mar jawan!!!
• she knows how to drive but will force me to drive every time! I never minded it...
• we also took steam bath together!!!! yes I have seen it all!!!😂😂😂
• I couldn't be happier when when we took long weekend long drives 
• through thick and thin we have been together...
• we created our own zumba steps in the gym...
• and also bargained for nariyal pani together and searched for juice shops for hours.
• in the era of dearth of anyone in our lives we have spent our valentines together.
• laughing on the same jokes that no one understands except us.
• she came from Bangalore and met me the same day to tell me that she missed me!! aww!!💕💕💕💕
• I like to make jokes abou her with her mother.
• the long conversation about her COOL DADI...
• and her phone is filled with my pictures more than anyone!!! 

From dancing in the schools binge waching tv series at her home.. going to cafe together ...dancing in my room challenging each other some steps...to now meeting her fiancée.. its a long journey.

AND I HOPE THIS CONTINUES FOREVER!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!
