Walking is definitely a simple but quite leisurable excercise. It seems quite ordinary. But it gives you all the pleasure by just walking on your own two feet. For other exercise you might require to to go to the gym.. or cause cramps to your muscles or if not done properly can be extremely painful. 
But there is no proper way of walking.. it can be fast or slow .. or you can walk gingerly or like army men ..or like Salman Khan...or brisk walking.. "All of them is walking". And it gives the same benefits. It is easy simple and plainly wonderful.

The feels of walking..🚢🚢🚢🧑🧑🧑


1) you can think absolutely about anything while walking. 

You can think about what you will do tomorrow.. or how beautiful the weather is...or how God created this world.. or I think my walk is a little weird... Or my shoes are like clouds very comfortable.. ...or this road is superb for walking...

2) Observing the Co-walkers.πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ.  


Now walking gives you the pleasure of observing people at close. Someone might be going to run errands in a hurry... Or some might be talking on phone while walking... Some might be walking just to walk their pets...or some fitness freaks brisk walking with airpods on...
Multiple reasons to walk but a constant movement at a particular place unites all co walkers .
Sometimes a smile to familiar faces and a little nod to neighbour makes your walk complete. Just routine everyday normal walk..

3) Most happiest among all "Dogs"🐢🐢🐢


 If you want to see somebody excited in a routine job it is dogs.... It seems they have just been released from a prison ... They sniff ,meat other dogs ,bark at them, just sheer pleasure . You can even see it in their eyes. 
A very intresting incident that once happened my friend who loves dogs just used to go on walk for just to meet a little black pug.. and he even knew that she came just to meet her. Their meeting was a pure bliss.

4)  Good for health.

It improves your blood circulation🚢🚢 and keeps you healthy too... It is recommended for all ages with no boundation of any kind. And it even lets you spend time in solace .

5) Long walk among friends or couples is a healthy sign of a good relationship.

 It lets you know a person ... with the long conversation during walks. The joy of companionship is realised during walks. 
You can freely judge a person if he/ she walks in front or back of you. It tells a lot about a person who matches the same pace of walk as you. It shows the priority that one has for you. Do you agree??

It may be early morning walks or post meal walks ... Both  have their own importance..Watching the sunrise in the morning 🌞 and watching every phase of the πŸŒ’ at night..

    the rising sun gives warmth when the cool breeze come and greet.

    Nothing better than having someone to hold hands as you walk. The farther they walk the closer they come, the pain in the feet becomes the pleasure of the hearts :)

    Its often said if you stand beside someone, its difficult to argue as compared to standing infront of them. Its human psychology that brings people together when they walk side by side. Even a confrontation can turn into companionship.
